You will always be treated fairly and we will adhere to the FCA rules and guidelines.
For General Insurance claims, Absolute have a dedicated team available at Davies and the claims process allows for phone-based claims and is also supported by by digital documentation.
Claimants will be given a named point of contact and Davies will respond to all enquiries within 3 working days.
Absolute set clear expectations for the claims process which is available to all Clients.
Only the claims team can decline a claim but they may refer claim if they wish, to the underwriters for further review.
